We recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability.

We are a delivery-only service, carefully preparing each order and bringing it straight to you for a seamless, stress-free experience. Complimentary delivery is available within Irvine and Tustin (Orange County). For locations outside this area, a delivery fee of $2 per mile applies.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered final. Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to your scheduled event will receive store credit toward a future purchase. Cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable due to advance preparation and scheduling. This policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Our boards include perishable ingredients and should be refrigerated if not eaten immediately. For the best flavor, remove your board from the fridge about 30 minutes before serving. Once out of the fridge, enjoy within two (2) hours. Customers are responsible for proper handling after delivery.

All boards are served on disposable, eco-friendly palm leaf trays.

Yes! A sleeve of crackers is included with every board order and packed separately to maintain freshness and allow room for more goodies on the board. If you’d like additional variety, you may upgrade to a cracker board, available in Small and Medium sizes.
